After carefully considering your unique facial contours and goals, we will gently inject Juvéderm into targeted areas of your face to replenish lost volume and smooth your facial contours.
Juvéderm fillers provide immediate results. You will notice a dramatic reduction in lines and wrinkles immediately following your session. However, every injection involves some amount of swelling, which can prevent you from seeing optimal results for up to a week or so. Every injection takes time to fully settle into your contours. We recommend waiting patiently and icing your treatment areas on and off to gently minimize swelling.
Each Juvéderm filler is formulated to rejuvenate a specific area of the face and provide distinct benefits. Volbella®, for example, is a thinner HA gel that is designed to provide subtle lip augmentation, whereas Voluma® is formulated to enhance cheek volume for up to two years per treatment. We are experts with each filler and will devise your optimal plan based on your personal needs.
The duration of your benefits will depend on the type of filler and your unique response to treatment. Volbella offers up to a year of benefits, while Voluma provides up to two years of rejuvenation for the cheeks. Juvéderm Ultra and Vollure provide up to 18 months of younger-looking skin while the original Juvéderm formula offers up to 12 months of benefits.
Dermal fillers are a popular and trusted cosmetic treatment for good reason. They provide immediate benefits with minimal to no recovery time. However, every injection involves the risk of swelling, bruising and pinpoint bleeding. These side effects are normal and subside within the first week or two following your session. To minimize your risk of side effects, avoid blood-thinning substances like NSAIDS, aspirin, alcohol and green tea for at least a week prior to your session. Icing your treatment areas on and off will also help reduce swelling by shrinking your blood vessels and curbing any bleeding.
Similar to Juvéderm, Restylane fillers are made of a smooth HA gel that’s formulated provide natural-looking benefits. Classic Restylane helps diminish moderate to severe nasolabial folds or enhance the lips. Restylane Lyft is a firm HA gel that is specially formulated to lift the cheeks, enhance the jawline or chin and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. It’s also used to rejuvenate the back of the hands. Restylane Refyne helps smooth moderate smile and laugh lines, Restylane Defyne helps smooth deep smile and laugh lines, and Restylane Kysse is formulated to enhance lip volume and softness. Depending on the type of fillers you need, benefits can last six to 24 months.
